Is my personal information kept confidential?
Absolutely. We do not disclose any personal information to non-Yahoo! third parties. Remember, the information that you choose to display on Flickr is under your control and Flickr’s privacy agreements.
Can other people discover my mobile number?
Absolutely not. There is no way for other people to discover your mobile phone number. We don’t even know your phone number! (even if you used it to have a link sent to you during installation).
Can other people see my location information?
If you choose to apply location tags and then share your photos publicly or with your friends and family, then they will be able to see the location tags and determine your general whereabouts at the time the photo was taken.
If you do not want to disclose this information, either choose to not apply location tags when you upload your photo to Flickr, or make sure that you keep your photos visible only to people you trust.
Will my mobile phone number ever be given out to anyone?
We don’t know what your mobile phone number is. So, uhh, no. If we had it - we'd guard it with our lives.
Will I be sent spam?
Spam? what is spam? Oh, that spam. No, we hate spam. We will not send you spam. Spam spam spam. However, we may contact you for feedback about your use of ZoneTag. ZoneTag is a research prototype - we value your participation and need your feedback. You are helping to make the cameraphone experience better for everyone!
I want all my information erased from your database.
